A few important dates :

• 1981: after many years experience in the banking and financial sector, Mr André Jordan set up the real estate agency IVAC SA.

• 1991: moved to our present day offices, Rue Centrale in Domdidier, immeuble BCF.

• 1995: Mr Alexandre Jordan (son of Mr André Jordan) joined the agency and this marked the beginning of a very successful collaboration. Our agency joined the virtual world with the creation of its first internet site.

• 1997: take-over of the real estate agency, Claude Butty in Estavayer-le-Lac (more than 50 years activity)

• 2005: Mr Alexandre Jordan created the first ever video visits shown on internet and became a forerunner in the field.

• 2007: Ms Chantal Kaltenrieder (secretary and responsible for rentals) joined our agency.

• 2010: creation of HD video visits,also a mobile mini site and the integration of 2d codes (bar codes) on our announcements and show cases.

• 2011: creation of our actual web site which became part of the network SwissNetimmo.
